Apa, Bilamana dan Mengapa
Praktik menampilkan daftar retraksi adalah praktik yang sudah diinisiasi dan dipromosikan oleh beberapa lembaga misalnya Committe on Publication Ethics (COPE) dan The Center For Scientific Integrity (Retraction Watch/RW).
Penyajian daftar retraksi merupakan bentuk koreksi dari beberapa kesalahan yang datang dari penulis, editor maupun reviewer jurnal.
Retraksi merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban editor yang baik ketika ada kesalahan di jurnal bukan dengan menghapus atau mengganti dengan tulisan lain. Semua praktik baik ini dilakukan dalam rangka perbaikan dan pembelajaran bagi komunitas ilmiah untuk lebih berhati-hati.
Penampilan daftar ini sama sekali tidak dirancang dan tidak boleh digunakan sebagai bahan atau wahana untuk menghakimi penulis, jurnal maupun institusi.
Siapa, Di mana, dan Kapan
Retraksi yang dilaporkan pada laman ini adalah retraksi yang melibatkan penulis dari Indonesia atau terbitan yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga/penerbit Indonesia.
Dengan kata lain pada laman ini juga akan ditampilkan retraksi terhadap Karya Ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh Warga Negara Indonesia yang menerbitkan Karya di jurnal internasional ataupun warga negara lain yang menerbitkan artikel di jurnal terbitan nasional.
Kumpulan retraksi meliputi segala macam terbitan dan tidak memiliki batasan dari segi waktu
ANJANI tidak pernah dan tidak bisa melakukan retraksi, namun hanya menjalankan peran sebagai penyaji daftar retraksi yang telah dilakukan oleh para penerbit masing-masing.

We wish to retract the paper entitled “Two Different Methods of Oral Mucocel Management in Pediatric Patients: a Case Report” [J Dent Indones 2018 Vol. 25 No.2 121-4 doi: 10.14693/jdi.v25i2.1114] by Nandini Katta Sudheesh KM Shruthi Arekal.We have found an article with similar content has been published online by Journal of Dental Problems and Solutions (https://www.peertechz.com/articles/case-report-on-management-of-oral-mucocele-in-paediatric-patients-using-cryosurgery-and-surgical-excision.pdf) with an addition of one author. The title of both articles however are different.We have contacted the authors Katta acknowledged the double publication and has agreed with our decision to retract the paper. Journal of Dentistry Indonesia complies with the regulation in the Committee of Publicaton Ethics (COPE). Notice of Retraction Digital Image Steganography Using Bit Flipping

Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting info@iaesjournal.com.-----------------------------------------------------------------------This article proposes bit flipping method to conceal secret data in the original image. Here a section consists of 2 pixels and there by flipping one or two LSBs of the pixels to hide secret information in it. It exists in 2 variants. The variant-1 and variant-2 both use 7th and 8th bit to conceal the secret data. Variant-1 hides 3 bits per a pair of pixels and the variant-2 hides 4 bits per a pair of pixels. Our proposed method notably raises the capacity as well as bits per pixel that can be hidden in the image compared to existing bit flipping method. The image steganographic parameters such as peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) hiding capacity and the quality index of the proposed techniques has been compared with the existing bit flipping technique

Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting edulearn@journal.uad.ac.id.-----------------------------------------------------------------------Mostly in Eastern religions particularly in Indonesia the ancient Imperial cults of Borobudur temple as Buddhism ritually celebrate their beliefs as a congregation where prayer and religious addresses are a communal activity. This culture is interesting to study whether building a place of worship is built on the cultural elements or there is a correlation with formula or complicated calculations about how the building is erected . The mathematical study for Borobudur’s architectural design has once related to answer the question about the metric system used by ancient Javanese to build such giant buildings with good measurement. Fractal dimension is calculated by using the cube counting method and found that the dimension is which is laid between the two-dimensional plane and three dimensional space. The applied fractal geometry and self-similarity of the building is emerged as the building process implement the metric rules since there is no universal metric standard known in ancient traditional Javanese culture thus the architecture is not based on final master plan. The paper also proposes how the hypothetical algorithmic architecture might be applied computationally in order to see some experimental generations of similar building. The paper ends with some conjectures for further challenge and insights related to fractal geometry in Javanese traditional cultural heritages.
